Return to main trailer page

I went to see the trailer today and clean out all the stuff stored in it. I was surprised to see how well it has held up the past 10 years. It's possible that just putting on new tires and replacing the battery on the brake controller would make it useable. I certainly wouldn't count on it, though.

I took a bunch of pictures of it. They show that the paint on the roof is gone in places. (the lighting makes it look even worse than it actually is) The aluminum roof still seems good.

One of the pictures shows the axel which is above the trailer's floor. This clever design allows the trailer to sit much lower. And the axel doesn't bother the horses.

Other pictures show the small escape door and the door to the tack area, open and closed.

I didn't clean out the leaves and rubble on the trailer floor or in the manger.
